These terms apply to every ride booked with Indian Cabs by phone, WhatsApp, email or this website.
Booking
Tell us your pickup point, drop point, date, time and group size. We confirm the cab type and fare before the trip. Bookings are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on +91 95823 78406.
Fares
Published fares are starting prices ("onwards"). The final fare depends on your exact pickup and drop locations and the date of travel, and is confirmed when you book. There is no surge pricing — you pay the fare we quote.
What is paid separately
Unless your quote says otherwise, highway tolls, parking, state taxes and permits, and monument entry tickets are paid at actual. Kilometres beyond the package are charged at ₹12–30 per km depending on the cab type.
Payment
Confirm your booking with a 20% advance, or pay in full. UPI, card, net banking and cash are accepted, and you can pay the balance to the driver. A GST invoice is available on request.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 1 hour before pickup on most trips, and up to 24 hours before pickup on long-haul routes. After that, a cancellation fee applies — on some long routes this is 25% of the fare. Each route page states its exact terms, and we confirm them when you book.
Conduct and safety
Smoking, alcohol and illegal items are not allowed in our cabs. Drivers may refuse or end a ride if a passenger's conduct puts anyone at risk. Report any concern to our 24/7 line.
